We have decided to send out a newsletter for September in stead of the SPANNER so that we can include a feedback report on the Model T Tour.

FORTHCOMING EVENTS

21 to 27th September 2008 – S.A. Model T Tour. Celebrating the centenary of the Model T in the Garden Route area. For those that wish to see the cars I included a short program: Registration and scrutineering on 21st at King George Hotel. Depart on 22nd from Shell Garage in Courtenay Street at 09:30. Overnight in Plettenberg Bay on 22nd; Overnight in Mosselbay on 23rd; Overnight in Oudtshoorn on 24th & 25th and return to overnight at King George Hotel on 26th.

24th September 2008 – Heritage Day. The wine tasting in Calitzdorp has been moved to Oudtshoorn. Join the Model T tour guys for a wine tasting at Kango Wynhuis in Oudtshoorn at 13:00. Depart from the Engen near the Virgin Active Gym at 12:00.

7th September 2008 – Snoek braai with the Mercedes Benz Club in Mossel Bay. The cost is R50-00 per person. Please RSVP with Kobus Harris on 082 453 1497 before 4th September.

25th October 2008 – Flower Show in Mossel Bay. Time for the men to treat the ladies again. Details to follow.
